The Movement Method isn't about perfect poses or Instagram-worthy flexibility. It's about discovering what your body needs, honoring where you are today, and creating space for who you're becoming.
I believe movement is medicine — not just for tight muscles or stress relief, but for reconnecting with your intuition, building confidence from the inside out, and finding strength you didn't know you had. Every class, workshop, and retreat is designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you're stepping onto a mat for the first time or deepening a practice you've carried for years.
Maybe you're seeking stress relief after long days. Maybe you want to build strength or improve flexibility. Maybe you're navigating a major life transition and need a space to process and find clarity. Or maybe you're simply curious about what this ancient practice might offer you today.
I've been teaching yoga for over a decade, but my relationship with this practice started long before I ever stepped into a teacher training. Like many of us, I came to yoga through necessity — searching for something to help me feel more grounded, more connected to my body, and more at peace with myself.

I offer private session, small group sessions as well as workshops and retreats. All of my classes are tailored to my students in that class.
